HAPPY MONDAY! Or whatever day of the week it is when you read this. This week I thought it would be fun to share 5 tips that I use to stay positive. Recently there have been a lot of changes going on behind the scenes that have played a role in why I have not been very active on here and over on my Instagram. These things have been difficult to navigate and my mindset had slipped a little away from my normal positive mentality. Since I try and keep my platform as upbeat & positive as I can, I took a step back to deal with those things and get back into a positive mindset. I know there are a handful of you ladies who interact with me and shoot me DMs over on Insta checking in and I appreciate it so so much!
Anyways… Let’s get into spreading positive vibes!

5 Tips For Staying Positive:
- Find good in every situation. It is so easy to focus on negative things in a situation and completely overlook any positive opportunity that may be present. Finding just one positive thing can help change your mindset and give you a more positive outlook on the situation.
- Don’t sweat the small things. I have found that if you are constantly worrying about the small things that are going “wrong” it is easier to fall into a deeper rabbit hole of negativity. When a minor inconvenience happens, don’t sweat it! Keep on, keeping on and continue to move forward ๐ Bigger & better things are coming!
- Focus on what makes YOU happy. When you focus on what makes you truly happy, it’s amazing how much your mindset can change. Instead of doing something to please others, to fit in, too keep up with the latest Instagram influencers….do it for YOU and because YOU enjoy it! When you spend your time trying to always please others, you are doing yourself a major disservice.
- Surround yourself with positive people. This is a HUGE one! It’s really simple, if you surround yourself with negative people, your outlook on situations will be more negative. So, surround yourself with people who build you up, cheer you on, and want to see you happy! If they aren’t helping you grow, making you happy or serving you in any way – time to cut the ties girlfriend!
- Mindset is everything. Enough said! Creating a positive mindset, will literally change your outlook on life. I know for me personally this is HUGE. You got this girl!

In other news…. I found the best romper. This thing is so good. It comes in two beautiful colors (black & white) and a wide variety of sizes. I’ve shared finds from Abercrombie before and one thing I love about them is that they offer petite, regular and tall sizing. For size reference, I am wearing a small tall and it fits true to size. RUN, don’t walk, and snag this romper before it sells out. Seriously.. it’s so good. This look is a perfect option for many occasions. It is made with super lightweight material so its perfect for those warmer days. It also has a cinched waist so it helps to create a slimming effect. I just paired this with a pair of white sneakers to make it more of an athleisure like look.
